One of the significant events that showcase the importance of vocational education is the annual Apprenticeship ceremony, hosted by Dror Israel’s associated HaNoar HaOved youth movement in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor. For 40 years, HaNoar HaOved has been organizing these ceremonies, fully aware that vocational education has often been undervalued and marginalized. The Apprenticeship ceremony takes place in three different locations across the country - the North, Central, and Southern regions. This geographical division allows all vocational schools in Israel to participate and be part of this momentous celebration.
