A Force for Social Change

Harnessing the collective power of the Communal Living model, our 1,300+ trained educators embed in Israel’s most challenging neighborhoods. Through our Educators Kibbutzim, we support each other and our communities. Operating educational programs in dozens of communities along the Gaza and Northern borders, we provide stability, emotional support, and educational continuity.

We are trained educators, most with degrees from Beit Berl College which offers special programs in advancing youth at risk and social change through pedagogy.

Partnering with local municipalities and community leaders, we maximize impact. We are members of the communities we serve, on the ground, identifying and addressing the most pressing needs.  Since October 7th, we bring vital care for evacuees, frontline communities, and families impacted by war. As Israel recovers, our work has never been more urgent

Launching New and Expanding Existing Educators Kibbutzim in Border Areas

As trained educators, we are stepping up, moving in cohorts to fill vital roles as teachers, social workers, therapists, and informal educators. Hundreds of young educators are joining us, making the bold move to lead lives of purpose, helping recovering communities heal, renew, and rebuild.

We are opening 5 new Educators Kibbutzim in the Gaza and Northern border areas, and expanding our existing communities in Sderot, Be'er Sheva, Haifa, Carmiel, Ravid, Eshbal, and beyond.

“We know the city very well, beyond the stigmas. We see first-hand community needs and establish programs to meet them.”
