 Dror Israel Emergency Response
Healing and Building Resilience through Education

Jumping into action on October 8th, Dror Israel opened crucial emotional support programs in 60+ evacuee centers throughout the country, serving 40,000+ evacuees.

Nearly one year later, tens of thousands are still unable to return home, and many more face ongoing rocket fire.

Israel is suffering severe national trauma

and Israelis will need healing for a very long time.

As Educators, Innovators, and Community Builders,

we bring healing and build resilience for all Israelis.

Our work has never been more urgent.

  • Daycares, schools and after-school programs serve 4500+ evacuee children and teens

  • Emotional-educational support programs build resilience and treat trauma for 71,000+ Israelis of all ages

  • Leadership training and emergency preparedness courses for 4000+ teens and adults, strengthening agency and community cohesion amidst chaos

Our Current Emergency Response

We live in the communities we serve.
They know they can count on us.
We were there before the war and during the initial emergency phase. We are there with them today, and will be far into the future.

With your support we will continue to build resilience and healing for these impacted communities as long as necessary.
